I have worked with Eli on many projects from simple roof repairs to a recent gut renovation of an historic home. The attention to detail and quality carpentry make the outcome amazing. The tile work is outstanding , the subcontractors were excellent.

One time Eli saved my building from severe damage when the prior contractor wouldn’t fix his mistake. Eli jumped right in and solved the problems! Can’t recommend him enough!!

I had my roof replaced yesterday and all I can say is excellent job!!!!!....Ron greated me in the morning and introduced me to Nelson who directed the crew. When we returned from a long trip in November to find that our 23-year-old roof was leaking, the timing couldn’t have been worse. Winter was just around the corner and we had to start the process of finding a roofer from scratch. Not only that, but we had to coordinate the removal and reinstallation of a roof-full of solar panels in conjunction with putting on the new roof.

We knew it wasn’t going to be easy or quick, that there could be weather delays, that guys would have to be out there working in the freezing cold. And the holidays were coming. Not ideal.

After interviewing and getting quotes from a half dozen contractors, we had a clear, hands-down winner with Eli Construction. They’d come highly recommended from a friend, and Ron Gomez, the manager with whom we met to get a quote, was smart, friendly, confident, professional, and knowledgeable — a guy who we felt was a problem-solver who would make this process as painless as possible.

We were absolutely right, and we’re so glad that we chose Eli, and so glad we got to work with Ron.

Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always cheerful, responsive, and helpful. He communicated well. He delivered on his promises. He worked well with our solar company. Even when he had to suddenly leave town for a family emergency, he left us in the capable hands of his colleague, Martin Zarate, who didn’t miss a beat, treated us as though we’d been his client from the beginning, and smoothly took over until Ron returned.

We liked Ron and Eli so much that the roofing job grew into a porch repair, a trim replacement package, and the addition of gutters — all in the dead of winter.

His guys were out there, uncomplaining, working in the cold, for several weeks. They did excellent quality work and always cleaned up after themselves. They were all polite, friendly, and consummate professionals.

When there were complications — not caused by Eli, but by the original builders of our house — Ron had solutions to offer, and worked with us to keep costs down.

When it was all done, Ron also provided a referral for a drywall/spackle/painter to repair our water-damaged ceilings, and he too quoted us a fair price. I’m sure he’ll do a great job as well.

Anyway, I highly recommend Eli Construction. They can do it all, and they do a fantastic job. No question, we’ll be working with them again.

I recently had my roof replaced by ELI Construction. From start to completion I have been completely pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The job was completed on schedule, done well, looks beautiful, and the work area was left completely clean. Stephen was my primary contact person. He and his crew deserve this 5 star rating.
