couldn’t be happier with the countertop installation! The contractor was everything you hope for when letting someone work in your home—respectful, kind, and extremely professional from start to finish. He took his time to ensure every detail was perfect, and his workmanship truly shows.
What stood out the most was how thorough and clean he was throughout the entire process. He treated my home as if it were his own, kept the workspace spotless, and made sure everything was cleaned up beautifully before leaving. Beautifully crafted countertops. They were installed with much care and precision. Very pleased with product. However, scheduling left much to be desired. Little or no consideration for customer time frame or situation. Complete disregard for customer!
I was directed to Penn for my quartz countertop when I purchased my wrens kitchen. And although I was not happy with my wrens kitchen I was very happy with my counter top! The guy who took measurements unfortunately did write in pen on my finished walls & kitchen drawer tops so now I have to remove that, he did limit how many pieces the quartz came in so I have less seams and changed the size/shape to work better with what was my actual needs for the kitchen. He also worked with my to see if I could use my old sink (unfortunately it couldn't be reused so I order a new with). the guys installing the stone top were quick, professionals and clean. I'm in love with the top!!! (way more than my cabinets)
