I have had them help with everything from installing a new furnace and more recently putting in a new sink and shower hardware. Pressure is much better now and anytime I've had an emergency they are there without fail. Wouldn't consider using another company

My parents hot water heater wasn’t working .I found the company online I’m glad I did my parents are so happy so am I .I will use them for my services always the guy took his time to explain the work very well spoken my parents where very impressed with his work thank you smalls heatings and plumbing for having such good workers . Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Woke up to a not so great sound coming from my oil fired boiler and was filled with anxiety not knowing what the issue was and not knowing who to call. Called at 7am and by 9am had a technician at my door! The technician was great! Not only did he know exactly what he was doing, he didn't mind explaining things to me and actually taught me a whole lot. I'm so grateful to have found this company and they are now officially my go to company for boiler maintenance/repairs !
From the dispatch person to the service people who came to the house, Smalls did a super professional, prompt, and amazing job replacing the furnace on this house. I have only heard good things about this company and I'm adding my praise to their reputation. I will be using them again for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
