I was referred to Sullivan Septic Service by my neighbor who was very satisfied with their work. Brian and his assistant showed up for the septic tank cleaning appointment after calling me to let me know he was on the way. They were friendly and got right down to business and pumped out our tank which hadn't been pumped in a long time. They did a great jobs and gave me some good pointers regarding future use and maintenance. I would recommend them.

Honest & Reliable ! They arrived on Schedule and pumped out our old metal septic tank. We had been told by another service that the tank would most likely need to be replaced but after pumping the tank, their service technician Brian assured us that the tank was sound and should have many years of utility. Thanks SCSS !

New home owner here and wanted our septic checked out before the Winter season. While my husband and I located it and dug it out we opened the lid and noticed it was very full (about 6in from ground level). I called them right away the Friday before Labor day weekend and I was reassured it wasn't an emergency situation since we didn't hear any gurgling or backing up. They came first thing Tuesday morning to pump it out and it was a breeze. They were here for 10mins or so and the job was done, very fast an efficient. Charged my card and received the receipt later that evening. Would use them again in the future and would highly reccommend!
