Woodview at Marlton Apartment Homes

Annette from the leasing office was amazing to work with! Finding an apartment can be very stressful, but working with the right leasing agent will make the experience a positive transition into the next stage of your life. I showed up to the Woodview filled with worries and indecision until Annette helped me learn what my options would be based on my budget, the things I need vs the things I want. Rather than collecting the information and moving on to 20 other properties, I decided to choose the Woodview based on Annette’s presentation and guidance.

Woodview has been a great neighborhood to live in over the years. The staff are always helpful, from Theresa to John and Annette. I've been here long enough to know many different maintenance teams. All are great. Jerry, Scott and Justus are always accommodating and quick with their service. They respect the properties. I highly recommend this neighborhood for retirees, single professionals and families. Our neighbors, some here longer than us, and new, have all been friendly. Thank you.

The maintenance team here is generally good, but in the last year since I lived here. Justus B has made a big impact on living here. He brings a level of professionalism and efficiency that really stands out. He’s quick to respond, thorough in his work, and always friendly, which makes the whole process smoother and less stressful. Thanks to him, my issues get resolved faster and with great care, making living here much better overall!!

The team at Woodview is the absolute best! We’ve been living here for a year and decided to move to a two bedroom. Within a week we were moving in! Annette, John, and Nicole have been so much help and are all so nice. We love our apartment, the amenities, and the community. We highly recommend Woodview!
