I have appreciated my experience at the Villager at Barton Run. The staff has been supportive and responsive to my concerns as well as a beautiful apartment and area to live in.
The most beautiful and peaceful place I’ve ever lived. Absolutely beautiful and spacious apartments. The landlord Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring and kind and it’s genuine. She’s always looking to help. I was even sent a email from the property asking how my move is going. Which was so very kind. The apartments here should be labeled luxury! I highly recommend move here to anyone looking to live a drama free, peaceful, and happy life. They also use Jetty, a site that majorly cuts down the security deposit making it easier for many to move in, as moving in general is expensive. The option to pay with Jetty really helps. Beautiful place to live, really and truly. I am so happy with my move here 🥰
The Villager at Barton Run is a 2 story apartment complex tucked away from the main streets and highways but , Not too far away from everything. Management is always friendly and willing to help as is the maintenance staff. The complex is located in a somewhat wooded area. It’s reasonably quiet and it has ample parking. It’s pet friendly and the neighbors are friendly. The closet space and storage space is awesome ! The garbage and recycling are always picked up several times a week and the landscaping is always done several times a week. The grounds are clean. They also shovel and salt the grounds in the winter.
