Ohioville Liquor Store

Genuine gem in New Paltz. It’s on the outskirts, so you need to drive there, but I’ve never had a bad time here. Compared to the other liquor stores in the area, this store has a really nice, comfortable, family feel. The owner is over the moon to help explain the liquor (yes I know, that’s an upselling tactic, but you can tell he loves his job, and that’s super nice to see). There are always great deals and sales, I got a 1.75 100 proof bottle of vodka for $15- and they carry seltzers that I haven’t seen anyone else in the area carry! Highly recommend.

Every time I go here the people working there are wonderful. The owner is just such a nice man and will help you out with anything you are looking for. Even will give you a history listen on his stock. I go out of my way to go here only.....

Love this little liquor store. Got some nice Tequila and some Everclear for my Cherry Moonshine. Couldn’t find it on the shelf, cause they keep it in the back. Guess they don’t want the kids walking off with it.

Very nice clean store. For a small foot print store they are very neat and organized with ample room to walk thru the isles. Rustic looking shelving made out of ruff cut wood and stained. Store owner is very knowledgeable on the different types of alcohol and will give you his opinion bases on your taste preference. Very large selection compared to the small foot print design of the store. Very well laid out design to organize everything.
