I just purchased a car from Josh and I can't say enough about his customer service! It was a last minute purchase, but from our first conversation through text he was extremely helpful and even when the car I originally wanted was no longer an option. He gave me options that worked for me and I found something that was perfect for me. I was able to drive off the lot the same day. All the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. I just recently purchased a car from the folks at Hitchcock and I have to say I would 100% be back for another car for me or my family. I bought the car through both Jon and Dave and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. A fair price was negotiated for the car, they did not try to burry me in BS fee's as I have dealt with in the past with other dealerships, the one document fee is clearly posted and fair. The entire team from sales, service and finance all made us feel at home and not pressured, nor did I get any dishonest vibes from anyone I dealt with at the dealership. Chris in service was also a pleasure to deal with and they all communicated well with me, I never felt ignored or unimportant. I’m normally not a huge fan of dealerships, but the atmosphere here is great, the employees appear happy and I assume treated well by ownership which translates to how they treat their customers. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great Service! I recently had a car breakdown and was in need of a reliable and affordable replacement. Given my circumstances I was dreading the car-buying process, but the team at Hitchcock Motors made everything so easy and stress-free. I was immediately connected with a salesman (Jayden) who found several quality options well within my budget. I eventually landed on a 2014 Nissan Altima and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The car is in great condition, exactly as described, (and much better than what I expected given my budget), and was inspected prior to taking it off the lot for added assurance. No hassle in the buying process (which is greatly appreciated these days) no excessive fees, a more than fair trade-in value, and the finance manager (Josh) was huge help explaining the process for a first time buyer.
