I brought my 2 dogs to Mountain Lore for the first time. I was very pleased with everything about my visits…office staff was very friendly and professional , the vet techs were very kind and caring as well as the vets we saw. I found the pricing of the services that we received very fair and reasonable for vet services.
Dr. Luz Yu and her Staff are always amazing!! I have used their Vetrinary Services for each of our Dogs for about 20 years! They are always kind and patient with my Dog.i learn a lot at every visit and pay a fair price for their services. 5 ⭐️
Appointment went so smoothly! This was my elderly cat's first appointment at a vet office and even having to get bloodwork, x-rays, and shots she remained comfortable throughout.
The care, as always, was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. They were great about working with me to schedule follow-up visits for additional bloodwork, and were understanding of financial constraints. They gave my girl lots of love and were both quick and careful with her to make sure the checkup was thorough without putting too much stress on her.
Truly everyone is amazing! I've been coming to MLAH for almost 20 years, trusting them with all of my pets, even while living in another town. Every vet has been wonderful and caring to my dogs and kind and compassionate to me. Every vet tech has been helpful and given my dogs so much love (and treats), and every admin at the front desk has been patient, helpful, and truly wonderful. I am so grateful and thankful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice caring for my pets. Thank you all for everything you do! How great all of the staff are - both with my dog, and with me. It means a lot that they understand I want to do everything I can for my pet to keep her healthy, but that it can be tough to do everything all at once.
Our family has since moved to Texas, but we were very sad to say goodbue to this office. They saved our girl Ginger when she was having a seizure, we were close 3 times to losing her, but the doctors and nurses there saved her. The staff have always been friendly, and go over the top to provide the best care for your pets!
