We brought our Standard Poodle Hope to PAWS last week for her first time Doggy Day Care and Play afternoon …we have had Hope for 3 months , she is 5 , and a rescue from Texas , and a wonderful girl…. Because of amazing Staff and Professionalism…our Hope did GREAT ( nervous as we were 🤭) ….We can’t describe the wonderful feeling of knowing that there is such a perfect place to socialize our dog - with trained Professionals and careful ratios- as PAWS ….We will be frequent consumers and look forward to utilizing many of the services they offer …Can’t say enuff praise for the Staff …we just love how complete and compassionate the daily feedback is …. Definitely a 5*+ Daycare and Boarding Spa !
I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy. He always has a great time and the staff is very attentive. I feel comfortable knowing I have a safe place to board my dog when I require their services. I find the day care cost to be very reasonable. The cost of boarding is a bit on the high side and it can get very pricey with all the add on services. I also found the cost of a bath one time to be very high. Other than that I am very happy with PAWS .
My husband and I just returned from vacation and picked up our special dog McKenzie, who has stayed at Paws Pet Resort and Spa for the last several years. They deserve the best recommendation anyone can give. McKenzie loves visiting Paws and I can’t recommend them more highly for the loving care they give our older Golden retriever. The staff is wonderful and they give him so much affection. All we have to do is say “Do you want to go to Paws and see the kids?” and he gets very excited. You can’t go wrong boarding your pets at this wonderful facility. McKenzie stays with them several times a year and we never hesitate being concerned that he is in the best of care - health, feeding, exercise, love, and overall attention. You can find no better place in Connecticut to leave your beloved pets than at Paws resort!
We love Paws and Pets! My dog Hannah always feels right at home with the staff. They have been a major help during my first year as a dog mom. I am so grateful that this facility exists!
