I wanted to adjust my travel but the owner of the travel agency was out of the office for a week on a "travel conference." The nice woman manning the office couldn't help since she didn't know the system. Rescheduling delays are likely to cost me more money. This is no way to run a business or treat your customers.
Such an amazing travel agency! Knowledgeable and friendly, great service. They can answer your travel/destination questions and assist with planning and booking all kinds of trips. Woman owned business
Called and spoke with someone over a month ago and no response. I’ve called to follow up and have been shrugged off. Whoever I spoke to was short and clearly didn’t have time for me. In the midst of booking a large cruise vacation for 10+ people so their loss on commission I guess. I had never used a travel agent before and of the two conversations I had none of my questions regarding fees etc were answered and there’s been no follow up contact. Really confusing and off putting. Overall this is my only experience so I cannot speak for those who have actually gotten help booking trips.
