Overall good experience. I had two house keys made and I asked for an auto key and the gentleman who was quite chipper got another associate to make the auto key and stayed around until all the keys were done. I was looking for dry gas but they didn't have that. The checkout was self checkout it was really quick and I was on my way within 20 minutes.
I was @ HD recently. I was in lite bulb section & a wonderful employee, Adam, rolled up & asked if I needed help, and we found item I wanted, he knew just where I needed 2 find my item. He's in charge of Flooring dept. & he knew so much more about the store. He's a war veteran wheel chair bound, clearly a wonderful human who's been thru soo much, losing leg 2 combat. His smile & tone when speaking are positively wonderful. TOTAL Asset 2 home depot. Don't go firing him, he openly asked if I needed help, where, my experience, most employees don't engage just busy work & if asked questions, they rarely know answer, look dumbfounded & walk off 2 look 4 someone else's who might know. Adam is my reason that I'll return when I need something, I'll look 4 Adam 2 say HI.
Always friendly especially when we bring our dog in💘🐾. Staff super friendly eager to help and the lines flow smoothly. Our dog loves going in HD Wtby. He"Doobie" 🐕 gets lots of pets and attention from the time he walks in until he walks out to leaves. 🤛🏼Thanks HD staff and my fellow citizens of Wtby for making our rescue feel special. 👍🏻✌🏻

A huge thank you to Miles and his team—Al, Darrin, and Thomas—for their incredible support with my two bathroom remodel projects. From start to finish, they were informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also made sure my military discounts were properly applied, which helped me save a significant amount.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Home Depot for the past six years, but this was my first major home project—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. It’s reassuring to know we have dedicated veterans like Miles and his crew working here. Their professionalism and service made a big difference.
