We had Thomas Electric Company install our standby generator back in 2021, and they’ve been handling the routine maintenance every year since. Today, when Eversource cut electricity in our area for maintenance, we unexpectedly lost power. The generator should have kicked in, but it didn’t. I called Thomas, reached his recording, and didn’t leave a message. To my surprise, a few minutes later, Thomas called me back anyway. He walked us through turning on the generator’s circuit breaker—and just like that, we had electricity again!

I’m especially grateful because our son happened to be home and needed to work remotely. The fact that Thomas called me back, even without a message, shows how much he truly cares about his customers. That’s what I call top-notch customer service!
With this attitude, I am sure that he will perform any task responsibly.

Mark Thomas and his company are outstanding to work with. They were informative, professional, on time, and were very neat and clean. They installed generators and electric panels for both me and my parents and we are very happy with their work. Two weeks after installation, we lost power for the first time for a brief period.
