Tina is the best! So kind and easy to talk to and humored my 7 year old as well. The whole office was amazing.
We had a great experience renting a storage unit at Thomaston Self Storage and can't thank Tina enough she is wonderful to work with.
The storage facility here is "brand new". It's secured with eight foot tall perimeter fencing. As well as a secured mechanical gate controlled by a PIN pad. There is very easy access to my rented space. I can easily get in and out, while pulling a large enclosed trailler. The customer service is excellent. Tina is the manager, and I can't say enough about how professional and helpful she was while I was setting up my storage area.
I would highly recommend this company and their storage facility.
Terrific staff person to assist and oversee our rental units. No problems at all. I definately recommend this business if you have a need to store something. It was clean and safe and well lite. They even had a trolly and broom for us to borrow when we moved our stuff in and when we moved it out!
