After many years with another bank, I switched my business banking over to Torrington Savings Bank. I could not be happier with this local Burlington branch. The friendliest, most knowledgeable staff always has me in and out super fast. Beyond happy I switched over to Torrington Savings Bank!
Because they made it so easy to take care of my business accounts, I also moved all my personal accounts there. Great service at every branch I have been to in the last few years! A real hometown bank.
I absolutely love Torrington Savings Bank to run my small business. I went to open multiple checking accounts and the process was so easy, I was legitimately surprised. I kept waiting for something to get complicated, but nope! Just great customer service. I have been using them for 3+ years now and not a single complaint! This new policy of no deposit slips required is horrible. So far TSB is 0 for 2 on correct transactions without a deposit slip. Who the heck made this policy up?
