Men were courteous and did a good job cleaning the carpets in a short period of time.
I was hesitant to leave a so so review, I was hoping to speak with a representative in person, but after several messages asking for a review, here it is.
The process to schedule an appointment was great, the communication prior to the job was excellent and very pleasant, but I do think the job could have been done a bit better. I was in this type of business myself years ago.
The employees that cleaned the carpets cleaned two large rooms in about 45 minutes. I would think it would take a bit longer. If so, maybe a better job would have been done.
It looks okay, but not great.
Prompt, respectful, and hard working. The job was done very well and with the greatest of care. Would recommend to a friend!
Amazing service!
This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned professionally, and the results were amazing! The price was reasonable and I will be doing this at least once a year going forward with this carpet cleaner. It makes a huge difference.
