Fred was very helpful, but in an unexpected way. My phone discussions with Fred were always encouraging. He was straight to the point, and willing to try new students. I finally was able to make an appointment for my daughter, but she wasn't ready. He understood this and refuse to take my money and explained that she needs to take a different path until it's time, but he will be there when she is.
