77 Park Avenue Apartments

Hello. I inform you that the boss of this house which is called 77 park avenue Hoboken in jersey city there is a person, I think that rents a room here in this house and he makes orders at the restaurant and the people who deliver the orders to send him, he is a bad man, he reduces the money that he gave is the one who brings the order as soon as he sent the order to his house, he will automatically reduce the money for no reason he is bad, I have proof to show him or show to the police he did it to me several times and other people too now it is three times as soon as he does it four times I must intervene with the police immediately. I work and I did my job and he reduces the money, it is not worth it.😭😭

We recently moved to a new unit in our building, and the experience couldn’t have gone more smoothly thanks to Beni, Alexandra, John, and Carlos. They were all incredibly personable, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy. This was a good apartment. I'm moving out of state, but it was a good apartment in Hoboken and easy walking distance to the PATH train and all the shops on Washington Street or the riverfront. The doorman staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Albert

I lived here for over a year, and it was a great experience overall. Our apartment was spacious, well-designed, and had an amazing view. The maintenance team was always quick to respond, the concierge staff was super friendly, and Meredith from the management team was especially kind and helpful. Like most things in Hoboken, it can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for here.
