Can't say enough great things about this apartment. The leasing agent, Jay, was extremely helpful and hands on during my stressful move and made the transition as seamless as possible! It is very overwhelming moving from out of state but the customer service from Jay made all of the difference!

Plus, you’re surrounded by fantastic restaurants, parks, and waterfront views. It’s the perfect blend of urban accessibility and neighborhood charm.
The building itself is extremely well-maintained. The maintenance team is one of the best I’ve encountered — prompt, professional, and always friendly. Any issue, no matter how minor, is resolved quickly and efficiently, which gives great peace of mind as a resident.
One of the standout features is how clean and organized the shared spaces are. The laundry room is spotless and has plenty of machines, which makes doing laundry hassle-free. The gym is also very well-kept, with a solid variety of equipment for a full workout. You can tell that management takes pride in keeping everything in top condition.
Overall, Observer Park offers a high-quality living experience in an amazing location. Between the responsive staff, excellent amenities, and the unbeatable proximity to everything Hoboken has to offer, I couldn’t be happier calling this place home. Highly recommend!
I've lived in Observer for 5+ years and am about to move into my third apartment in the building. The management team have been nothing but fantastic - from Jay to the maintenance guys. Everyone is really responsive and kind. Highly recommend the building which is also a stone's throw away from the PATH.
