Absolute Auto Repair

10/10 recommend going to Absolute Auto Repair for any of your car repair needs!!!! I was on my way to work when I realized my tired pressure was low and a nail was in my tire. last minute, I pulled into Absolute Auto Repair and they patched my tire in less then 10 minutes. I have never experience such efficient and quality car repair service in my life.

My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. Absolute Auto K&P will ALWAYS be my go to shop! They do excellent work and are always on top of everything! They are super fast and always let me know if I'm in need of anything anytime soon. Their rates are also super fair! I needed breaks, calipers and rotors and they had it done so fast! I would say make an appointment first just incase since they are busy people but that's to be expected with how fast, reliable, and nice they all are. 100% recommend to any in need of anything :)

ABSOLUTELY the best auto repair shop I've been too! Great customer service. Accommodating! I had my rear shocks done and they were reasonable on price!! Definitely will be back for maintenance and repairs!!

Have used this co several times and never thought there to be an issue. All of the oil changes I ever have had done all of the fluids were checked and topped off. This time, I took a road trip and specifically asked that everything be checked and topped off when I arrived and asked, again while paying, if everything had been checked and topped off. I was assured it was. I get to NC, after driving 1k miles, and a friend washed, waxed my car then proceeded to look over my engine, etc. I was then shown the antifreeze, window washer and brake fluids were NOT topped off, but practically empty! Needless to say, I was not happy. I called and spoke w/ Phil. He said he was sorry, but they don't top off brake fluid or the antifreeze and that if they were busy they do forget to do the window washer fluid. I asked why his employee didn't explain that they didn't top certain things off, despite specifically asking to have it done & that it was done. No response. If you don't do it, why not just say so? But, to tell me it WAS done...I just don't understand.
