I saw Dr Derek after three weeks of physical therapy, cupping and acupuncture for a C5 herniated disc. The disc started pushing on my throat and swallowing was difficult. I was able to get an appointment the same day and was able to swallow with no pain that night after 10 days of misery. His office staff is super friendly and I have never waited to be seen in his office. My husband and children have all been there over the years for different ailments and he was able to give all of us relief. I wish I had come to see him sooner.

They got me in right away on a Saturday which was amazing. I thought I was stuck until Monday. I have seen 2 of the doctors and both took the time to review my injury, test my limits, and help me make progress. My wait is never long and I never feel rushed when with the doctors.
Office is clean, staff is super friendly, parking is easy, and scheduling is simple.

I hurt my back recently and saw Dr. Culici here at Active Release and I am amazed at how quickly I felt better! What I loved the most, besides being able to stand and move correctly again, is that Dr. Culici took the time to discuss lifestyle practices with me to help prevent anything from going wrong again with my back. Dr. Culici is energetic, polite, professional, and talented- I simply can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I went in to see Dr. Criscuolo at Active Release for neck and shoulder pain. After asking some questions and assessing my mobility, he was able to pinpoint the problem and literally, within one session, I was feeling 90% better. I went back to him two days later for a follow-up and another adjustment and I'm at 100% again. I highly recommend him and his team.
