Dr Alex is the only reason we stay. My children are 11&9 and been coming here since they were infants. The change to Optum has been awful. You can never get directly to an office. You are routed to some call center with people I can barely understand. Im sent an onslaught of texts to remind me of upcoming appointments (yes, i will be there!!!) the office is now cold & unwelcoming as they switched to optum. If Dr Alex ever leaves, we are moving on as well. He is a gem though, exactly what you want in a pediatrician.
Dr. Alex rocks! Always makes us comfortable and at ease. It’s a shame Optum took over though.
Dr. Alex is THE BEST. My son has been with him since he was 2 days old. Recent take over by Optum sad but necessary evil . Office mangers are hit or miss depending on who you get. There seems to be a rotating roster of nurse practitioners. But I highly recommend Dr. Alex
I have been taking my children to Dr. Alex for over 15 years. Each time is a great experience. Dr. Alex and his staff have always returned my phone calls or requests for school physical forms in a timely manner. Dr. Alex is a devoted doctor and I'm glad both my children have him. Dr. Alex takes his time at appointments and listens. My kids are comfortable talking to him. He is a wonderful doctor!
