My husband was my husband's PCP and he became mine as well. He's an awesome doctor. My own PCP was retiring, and I hoped to have the same doctor as my husband. There was a wait time, but in its previous location, it served a large number of walk-in patients.
Update: The practice is now called Autumn Ridge Primary Care and it's in Wall. Wait times are a thing of the past now that I make my appointments in advance for early morning.Dr Micallef and the staff are compassionate and respectful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Siciliano’s for over 10 years and followed her to Wall Family Medical when she moved from Howell Family Medical. Most of my family sees her and she’s wonderful. She’s a kind, patient and calming person. She has been taking a lot of safety precautions with COVID-19 such as wearing a mask as well as a face shield. The last time I was in the office, in December, the office staff was constantly wiping down door handles as patients entered and left. I felt very safe in the office and it’s always a pleasure seeing Dr. Siciliano.
Our single practitioner primary doctor had stopped practicing and we needed to find a new doctor. We chose Wall Family Medical on recommendation from a friend and her father who had gone there for some time. For the first year or two, everything seemed to work out fine with our medical needs. In general, we have been satisfied with the doctors. I don't know what has happened to this practice over the last year or so, but they really have fallen apart organizationally. They do not have good processes to get authorizations initiated for radiology, verification of tests and the ordering of prescriptions. These are very common needs of all patients. Every time my husband needed something we wound up having to call numerous times and went around in circles before getting what was needed. I also have encountered calling the office when it was supposed to be open, to find out that it was not. That is a major issue for a large practice such as this. Time to move on for us I believe. Unless an organizational manager steps in and makes them work like a good medical practice should, this group would be a less than ideal choice.
