So glad I chose Dr Amos. X-rays were taken right in his office. The staff is wonderful.

Maggie at the front desk was professional and accommodating getting me in last minute to see the doctor due to problems with my feet that are affecting my balance.

His assistant was abrupt but competent which I can deal with.

I went in today to discuss treatment options and discuss my balance concerns due to having a collapsed arch in one foot. Instead of discussing my concerns, he seemed obsessed by my weight, almost like he was itching to let me know (like I am an idiot) that getting the weight off is going to help my pain. I had no clue, apparently I needed his brilliant insight.

Then he proceeds to share an option that doesn't work! Why? Because apparently, he needed to drive the point home, that manufacturers don't make ones that fit my calf and then he felt the need to insult me further by saying "if I wanted to make money, I should manufacture them". What!

How can a podiatrist not have a variety of sizes available to help his patients?
I didn't need a lesson on the size of my calves. If you are charging over $160 a visit, then you better make sure you have different sizes in stock and you possess the common decency to be respectful. He seemed obsessed by my body weight than in actually listening.

So, he walks by and says your x-rays look fine. I said what do you mean? Fine? Dont I have flat feet? Yeah, but you dont need surgery!

    What!

Who said anything about surgery! I came in to discuss my flat feet and balance and pain issues.

How unprofessional and rude. I would have gladly seen someone else rather than pay to be insulted. My only regret is that I didn't walk out of his office the minute he said it. I will never return.

Nice office, friendly staff and Dr. gave great advice for treating my foot. When I followed his instructions, I quickly saw improvement. What a relief.

I called 8am on a Monday morning and they were able to see me the same day as a new patient!!! I think maybe the girl that answered felt sorry for me, my heel pain was excruciating. The staff was great personable and caring. The Dr. matched their bedside manor I couldnt asked for a nicer experience. I loved that they could do X-rays right there!!

My first time I was timid but was made to feel at ease in no time. A good experience my first time around. But the accounting dept has a mathematic lethargy, too bad because I served my country with great honor and deserve a bit more appreciation w/o having to worry about someone’s math problems!
