I've been a patient of GSM going on my 4th year and specifically of Dr. Jani. I could not be happier. I have several issues of joint replacement and surgeries requiring Screws and Rods. Pain Management is imperative to me just to walk. I first want to acknowledge the staff which I think is exceptional. When calling for a script renewal (I normally get Dawn), polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not saying that I do not get the same response from the rest, which I do. Michele, I believe is Dr.Jani's nurse.
Top Notch, always a smile, makes sure all your needs are meet, but most of all, personable,.. Lastly, Dr.Jani.
I would not be in the position I'm in if it were not for him. He has allowed me to walk. He has attended to each joint replacement, every back issue. His concern, compassion, professionalism, experience, is second to none. By all accounts, for every issue, he has been spot on. His ability to diagnose each issue is outstanding. Recommendations are up for discussion, not, this is what I'm going to do, like it or not as I've had in the past.
I would highly recommend GSM for all your Pain Management requirements. I hope that you have the opportunity to work with Dr Jani. Unfortunately, I do not know the other Drs in the practice, but understand, that they are also, very good.

After having surgery three years ago in my back at L4/5 I continued to experience pain. In the past month the pain level reached an intolerable level. After my initial appointment and the reading of an updated MRI and X-ray, it was determined that an injection at the L4/5 level of my spine would be beneficial. I am currently two days post injection and I am able to walk again without crutches or a cane. The Dr's in the practice are caring, willing to answer questions, and explained the recommended procedures prior and post treatment. Additionally, the assistants, nurses and office staff are a pleasure to work with when I call the office.

He answers all your questions and gives you options regarding your care! As a new resident to New Jersey I’m so happy to have found a doctor I’m comfortable with! It’s not easy finding someone who you can trust with your care!

Dr.Hussain ( Rheumo) is the best !!! Has helped me over the past few years with my arthritis. He thinks out of the box and is up on all the new medical info for relief. Also Dr. Mann is my pain mgmt. Doctor, it is great having both physicians in the same place so they also coordinate my care. Best decision I have ever made for my healthcare!

Every time I go for an appointment or call staff is always very pleasant and willing to explain/answer any questions. You never feel like you are a bother. Dr Hussain is so nice! This is the only doctor’s office where I don’t get nervous (even with the knee injections I get!)
