I called many crematoriums and funeral homes before settling on this one, initially calling Aftercare because of the reasonable price. Matt was immediately the most genuine, down to earth, easy to communicate with person out of everyone I had spoken to. He sent us all the necessary paperwork immediately, as well as a lovely urn catalogue; he patiently fielded all of our phone calls about death certificates, urn prices, pick up times, etc. He always picked up the phone promptly, provided helpful information, and was kind, direct, and understanding. I could not have asked for an easier, faster, or overall better experience than I got with Aftercare.
