We’ve been going to AKKA for several years now and absolutely love it. I’ve seen so much growth in my daughter since she started attending sessions there. All the trainers are great and my daughter never fights me in going each week. She is the one who asks for additional AKKA trainings. I would highly recommend AKKA Soccer if you are looking for some additional training for your child.
My 10 year old son has been training here for 2 years now. Its group based not one on one style. Currently, his PDA club has a partnership with Akka and training once a week (for several weeks) for one hour. You pay upfront cost, but It averages out to be 30.00 dollars per session for 1 hour, which is extremely reasonably priced. Coach Paul is amazing with the kids. its. It's very face paced and has a lot of technical work. I love how he coaches through game situations and strategies to help the players with the mental side of game. Great place!
I wish I found this place sooner and now recommend it to all my soccer friends who want support or proper training! Their goalie gainer is amazing ! Their 3 on 3 games are great too!!
To give you a context, I played college soccer, hold a national coaching license and have coached youth for over ten years on both the girls and boys side from 4 years old to high school and I travel 35-40 minutes to bring our kids to AKKA. As you could imagine, I have met a number of Coaches and Trainers in my circles and John and Paul really stand out among many, in their ability to immediately connect with the players and their ability to teach them the "finer" points of the game in the area of technique and tactics. In addition, I have yet to see any other trainers effectively accomplish as much in an hour training session as they do. Lastly, they really have an uncanny ability to find the right balance to positively motivate and challenge the individual player and the group as a whole to their each individual next level, which is very hard to find in youth sports today. You will not regret the visit, nor will your child whatever age or level they may be.
