    Update: We finally heard back from customer service after 3 weeks. We are in the process of getting a refund.

    Buyers beware! Terrible customer service. I’d like to give them zero stars.We ordered a tub tray and it was defective out the box. We have sent emails, Facebook messages, even tried to call and have received no response. We’d just like to exchange the product so we can have one that functions like it should. If you’re not concerned with getting a quality product for your money, go ahead and order from them.
