A friendly but professional team. My balance and pose changed for the better on my second visit. Two weeks into my treatment and I have less pain, better movement and general wellness. I will bet my last penny on them.

Everyone at Align cares about your wellbeing and getting you to feel better. I had treatment with them when I had my first car accident and shortly over a year later, when I got rear-ended yet again, there was no question about going back to Align. Dr. Blecher and Dr. Silverberg know what they are doing and are so personable. The whole staff is deserves 5 stars. 🌟

I underwent treatment for six weeks with Dr. Jamie Blecher in Aligh Health & Wellness , Princeton . The doctor was very professional and attentive. I received comprehensive and excellent care. The entire team worked wonderfully. The doctor's assistant and the front desk staff were excellent. I am very grateful, and my pain has decreased. I recommend this place to anyone looking for the right place for physical therapy.

I highly recommend this professional facility. The on-site staff is extremely skilled, courteous, compassionate, caring, patient and understanding. This facility offers many options for therapy to take you to the best possible you that you can be. I have been visiting this facility regularly twice a week for chronic pain and stiffness due to a slip and fall accident that injured my ankle in 2022. After mainstream doctors had basically given up on me and suggested that I accept that I would be very limited in my mobility forever. This meant using a walker at the age of 60 years and being in constant chronic pain for the rest of my life. In October, 2023, I started going to Align Health & Wellness and this decision has literally changed the course of my life for the better. The combination of weekly acupuncture and red light therapy treatments have reduced the inflammation and took away my pain which, in turn, has given me greater mobility. As of today, my mental and physical outlook on life is better and I am gaining back my confidence to do more things independently. As of the New Year, I did away with the walker and replaced it with a cane (which, for me, was a miracle and answered prayer). I am confident, that in time, I may not even need a cane. I can never thank them enough for their kindness and, for me personally, a new lease on life. Thank you all and God bless.

I suffer from neuropathy and tried a place in early 2021 without success. My toes on both feet were being affected. By the time I was done with 8 weeks, not much difference. In February 2022, with my neuropathy now spreading to the the balls of both feet, I saw an ad for Align Health and Wellness that enticed me to try again. The video and listening to their approach convinced me to make a call. The consult was free and thought why not? I signed up, my insurance covers most of my PT, Chiropractic but there is still out of pocket expense. That said, I’m in the middle of my 90 day intensive therapy and now my neuropathy is back to only my two big toes and the toe next to them. It’s WORKING!
I first spoke to Dr. Blecher’s wife, who made my appointment with Mike, the Director. He explained everything to me as he was taking down notes and examining my feet. The approach Align Health and Wellness takes is multi-faceted. I do come to therapy 3 times a week for about 2-hours each day, as well as at home treatments twice a day, take supplements and get the weekly vitamin B and amino acid shots.
When I started my regiment, I met Pankti, the Physical Therapist and her assistant, Aarti. Both ladies are excellent and have a magic touch. When I met Ryan, he assured me that he was a patient here before he became a staff member; he said he could hardly walk and had walked with a cane; today you’d never know it!
I also have gotten to know Michelle, the nurse that gives me my weekly shots. We have awesome talks about life..and my travels that I love to share😀
And, of course, I’ve gotten to know Dr. Blecher pretty well by now too. He’s the Chiropractor and owner of the business. All I can say, is this is a terrific group of health professionals who work hard to help so many of us!
Bottom line, if you are serious about wanting to feel better and are willing to hold up your end of that road to feeling better, have no hesitations about Align Health and Wellness!
