Issue resolved! Within 24hrs of making initial call, “Glen” came over and inspected the roof. I received a short video and text on the cause of the leak, and the issue was addressed quickly. Very professional service, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
If I could give more stars I would. Glen came out on a Tuesday to inspect my chimney and I let him know I needed a liner in ASAP. He has a team here the next day. Eddie and his team came in, installed the liner and even noticed I needed a new ash door and installed it for me. Before they left they ensured that everything was in working order with my chimney and the liner. They were quick, clean, precise, and very reasonably priced. I 100% will be recommending this company to anyone I know that needs chimney repairs or maintenance and will be sticking with them for my yearly chimney cleaning. I can’t thank them enough!
I called in the morning and Glen was at my home within 2 hours and had a chimney cap and installed it! The price was better than I expected and the whole process took about 20 minutes. I am so very happy with the excellent, professional service that I received.
