Mario came out for a service call to look at our generator line. We recently purchased our home and noticed the generator hookup wasn't working like it should. Mario was fantastic and explained everything to us in a way that didn't make us feel dumb for not being electricians, and he was able to find several loose connections that were causing the lack of power.
