Amaranth North Brunswick

We just wanted to express our thanks for three wonderful years living at Amaranth. Kevin, James and Vega kept the property in perfect condition and immediately responded to any issues in our unit ( which were very few). We could depend on Kevin to go above and beyond always! Jordan in the office is a wonderful asset to the organization. She was always there for us. We had to move out of state, but Amaranth will always rate as the best apartment complex we ever lived in.

Extremely nice place. Jordyn is very patient and extremely helpful. My parents are moving here after selling their house in New York and I have no doubt that they are making the right decision. Not to mention they are now about an hour and half away and will only be 15 minutes away. The Sunday brunches are going to be great.

This place is fantastic, I feel like I am living in a hotel. Charlie in the leasing office was great. Kevin the maintenance manager was quick to respond to any needs I had. Been living here a week and love it. Can’t wait to experience the summer here! All the events are posted everywhere it’s great, so happy to finally have a community!

The move to Amaranth has been great. Charlie gave us a tour of the entire complex and explained everything in detail when were were deciding to move here. He's amazing. He is always quick to respond to emails answering any and all questions. The property is kept so clean - and has great amenities. The communication here is great. We are kept informed of all special activities or any other pertinent information we need to know via the resident portal. So happy to be a part of this community!!

I’ve been living here since I first moved in about a year and a half ago. I must say that I love living here as it has the hotel feel. My packages are secure in a pkg room that only residents have access too. The leasing office is great. I dealt with Jordan moving in and the process was seemless. She went above and beyond. Even as far as calling me about a week after I had moved in to see how everything was. Kathy is the property tans she is another sweetheart. She cared about my situation and also is great at what she does. The maintenance team is amazing. Kevin the maintenance manager is always there when you need him and always has such a pleasant smile and a great and positive attitude. He loves doing what he does and has lots of knowledge. James is the maintenance tech that also lives on site and also goes above and beyond. I actually love calling the maintenance team if I have an issue because they are so awesome to deal with. There are so many amenities like a pool. Card room. Eat in kitchen. Yoga room. Doggy day spa. A garden and even a doggie park. The events that the leasing office has every few weeks is always fun and on point. From bingo to arts and crafts to ice cream trucks or hot dog carts. The list goes on and on. If your in the area stop in and look for yourself. I promise you’ll end up moving up. Love it here !!!!
