We put our house in East Brunswick up for sale in June of 2025, and we listed it with Ofir Hillel as our seller's agent. As a well-built house in the desirable Colonial Oaks neighborhood with four bedrooms and three baths, we figured that it would sell promptly. We were wrong. What we did not know was that it was a time with a soft market. It took longer than we thought. It was a period of great worry and anxiety.
