UPDATED July 2025 - Unfortunately, I’ve since learned that the work done wasn’t authorized by the company and Josh wasn’t qualified to complete any of it. My roof leaked due to an unpatched hole, and I had to pay for an emergency repair from another roofer. I would use caution when booking with them to ensure you confirm with the office first that any work is authorized. They are actively working to make it right, which is appreciated, but it hasn't been a great experience.

June 2025 - I called today for an estimate, and by the end of the call, they had a team member on the way to my house. Josh was incredibly nice, walked the entire perimeter with me, and explained each thing he would do. He gave recommendations without pushing, and explained all the services Ambuck offers without it feeling like a typical “selling” experience does. Pricing was reasonable and clearly explained. He noticed several small jobs we’ve been putting off and politely asked if I’d like them quoted while he was here. He ended up doing three different services for us. Every interaction was polite and he was respectful of my time. I received a follow up call at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything, which was a really nice touch! We’ll absolutely be using Ambuck again and would recommend them.

Mike and his team really helped saved the day for our home in Burlington. High winds may have surprisingly tore off some of our siding but Ambuck was able to swiftly repair with an exact match all while working through the cold harsh weather. Pricing was reasonably fair and the work completely professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Ambuck getting brand new gutters and downspouts installed. Crew arrived early and finished quickly and efficiently. Gutters look great! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service and work. Mike, the owner, answered my call the first time and came right away to look at some gutter fixes we needed. He also paid attention to other roof and siding related issues. It all ended up being a little more than I was hoping to spend but all the work needed to be done and he guarantees his work for life.

Brandon and Chris did most of the work and left the place spotless. Now we have much needed repairs to gutters, repairs to siding and repairs to our chimney as well

We just had our roof replaced by Ambuck Services and we were extremely happy with the work Mike and his team did for us! The whole idea of replacing a roof is a daunting thought, but Ambuck Services did a fantastic job. Not only did they make the work look easy, but the overall finished product looks great. They used top notch materials and the workmanship was done with skill.

We have been using Ambuck Services for gutter cleaning for a few years and have had great experiences. When we found damages to the roof of our house as well as our shed, Mike came out to inspect everything the same day. I would highly recommend Ambuck Services for gutter cleaning and roofing.
