I'm old fashioned and not one for writing reviews, but Kevin and his crew just finished a siding job on my house and their work was so outstanding that I felt I owed them a very satisfied review. I have worked with many contractors before but with Kevin and his Son Nick I really felt we were all a team looking to do the best job possible. My house is high with many trim features and they met all my expectations. I highly recommend them.
Kevin and the American Custom Roofing team did an outstanding job on our new roof. Kevin quoted a great price and was able to get the installation scheduled within 10 days. On the day of, the crew arrived first thing. They draped tarps to protect bushes and yard, moved potted plants on the porch out of the way, and were tearing off the old roof within 45 minutes. Completed tear-off (two layers) of house and attached garage and installation of new roof in one day, including clean-up (not one piece of trash was left behind). Throughout the day, Kevin kept me updated on their progress, texting photos of each stage of work. Mighty impressive. I highly recommend American Custom Roofing.
My experience with Kevin and Nick was seamless and stress free. I looked into a bunch of other companies online before signing on with this company for my project and they all disappointed from the start. Dealing with contractors is difficult enough and replacing four skylights while getting a new roof installed is already expensive. I wasn't going to settle with any company where I had questions or doubts about the quality of material, whether the company was going to complete the job, or the company was going to squeeze as much of the money as they can up front. I had zero issues doing business with Kevin and Nick. They were both professional, prompt and insightful when addressing my concerns, moved quickly to get started, and most importantly, delivered an amazing product. I am so happy I picked this company for my project and suggest anybody who is shopping around to give this company a look.
American custom roofing and siding did an amazing job on my roof. It looks fantastic and everything was cleaned up very nicely. I had to reach out to Kevin a few times for paperwork that my insurance company required. Each time he was understanding and helpful. I recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
