I wish I had a before picture. 10 out of 10 recommend. Ryan communicated well and was very thorough on what needed to be done. They kept the job area neat and made sure everything was cleaned up. He looks out for your best interest and he isn’t aggressive. I will definitely go back for futures repairs 😄

My husband got several estimates that were a little expensive to completely outrageous from other companies. I remembered my neighbor had their roof done in 2020 I reached out to find out who they used. It was Koenig Exteriors!
I immediately contacted them for an estimate. Ryan was able to come out the next day even though I wasn't going to be home. He came out anyway & called me after with the estimate.
That's a big plus in my book. I hate company's that insist both spouses
be home or offer you a upfront discount if you sign a contract right away. Those are all red flags there's a better deal out there.
Originally, we only intended on replacing the roof but I decided after 28 years we should replace the fascia & gutters. Ryan was quick to schedule a revisit to quote the additional work. Which I found to be just as reasonable as his pricing for the roof. Especially, since we upgraded our current 5 inch gutters to 6 inch & went with an all Black option over the standard white.

Materials & dumpster arrived as promised, as did the crew. They were friendly, hustled all day & got the job done it 2 days. Smoothest home improvement experience ever!

Bought home in Whiting needed new roof and gutters. Ryan came completed the work and did a fantastic job. He also did several repairs at several other locations and again nice work. Back in 2020 we had a storm and a neighbors tree fell in to my yard destroying part of the garage roof, camper and landed on our house! Crushing part of our roof. Ryan was out the next day to inspect and see what was needed! As soon as I got the ok by the ins company, Ryan was out to fix my roof! Him and his crew did a great job!
