Newman Building

Newman Building has done multiple jobs for me over the past few years - deck replacement, railing repair, totally gutting and rebuilding my primary bathroom and replacing all windows and exterior doors. Literally every day they were on site I marveled at their professionalism and dedication to complete client satisfaction.
This quest for excellence begins at the top. Owner Glen really listens to what his client is trying to achieve when undertaking a project. He makes thoughtful suggestions and sometimes will suggest a scope smaller than what was planned, to achieve the goal at a lower cost. How many contractors do that??
This dedication trickles down to the entire Newman crew. Superintendent Teebor, master craftsman Romeo and all the laborers and tradesmen work together to produce a successful project. And you won't find a nicer, more trustworthy group of people to have in your home.
Other extremely positive factors about working with Newman Builders is that when they depart the jobsite each afternoon, they leave it immaculately clean. And when I have had issues arise months or years after work concluded, they stand behind their work and make it right.
I cannot speak highly enough about Glen Newman and his company. They are the best!

We contracted with Newman Building to construct a front porch after interviewing a few other builders. Glenn Newman came out to review our architect plans and was very up front about what to expect. He noted our original plans which we changed drastically and commented that the revised plans were great. He actually said that if he came and saw the original plans he would have said to us "Why". His analysis made complete sense and from that point we were very comfortable. He started the project around the time he anticipated. One thing to point out is that Newman Building utilizes his own full-time crew with few subs.
The Newman crew is great. This resulted in no down time in the construction process. He was always approachable with any questions we had or any changes we considered to make. One example was that we did not have access to our front door, so we needed to install a door with locks to a back entrance. He did this with no hesitation. In fact, he installed two doors for us. Newman Building handled all the Permits and Inspections which went very smooth.
Throughout the process he and crew made sure that the finished project would look first class and did not skimp on any finishing materials.
The project was completed in a timely manner, and the result was magnificent. We continually get comments on how great the porch looks from our neighbors and people who just stop and comment as they walk or drive through the neighborhood.
The total cost was extremely reasonable including the extras we added throughout.
Any construction project can be very stressful, but with Newman Building, we experienced none whatsoever.
It is understandable why Newman Building has been in business as long as they have.

We picked Newman Builders to re-construct an older bungalow. We met with Glen and got the plans started with his friend Dario (architect) and we off to the races. From the very first meeting until the last visit today, we could not be happier with service, professionalism, and work that Glen and his crew performed. Changes were discussed, implemented and completed, all to our satisfaction. The little extras were a bonus. The neighbors were very impressed with the worksite, as the noise and the mess were never present. The house is now our home and we love it. We would recommend Glen and Newman Builders to anyone (and we have) that is considering a job involving any kind of construction or remodeling.

Glen and his team are absolutely amazing and top notch. We had a plan for our house, but he really took our dreams and created a home we are beyond thrilled with. The entire crew became like family to us and we would never use anyone else for our future home projects!

Glen and his team are great! My roof needed to be replaced and they did an outstanding job!! My roof had a pretty steep pitch and some dormers on top. Glen took care of everything from the planning to completion. His team was out when promised and they had the entire job done in less than two days. They did a great job and didn’t cut any corners. I also have three skylights and not a single leak. I would highly recommend Newman Building to my family and closest friends. In fact they did work for several of my neighbors already and everyone has been thrilled. To top it all off his prices are very fair. Go with Newman Building, you won’t be disappointed!
