We stopped into Arca in Lincoln Park for happy hour and had a fantastic experience. Pepo, the bartender, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and mixed some truly great cocktails. The happy hour itself is a great value and a perfect way to sample a few things from the menu. We especially enjoyed the calamari, mussels, and tacos — all were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
The overall hospitality really stood out. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the friendly goodbyes as we left, everything felt genuine and thoughtful. The owners were present and made us feel truly welcome. Service was smooth and everything came out right on time.
The venue itself is stunning — they’ve done an incredible job preserving the beauty and character of the old church while creating a modern, inviting space.
Highly recommend checking out Arca — whether for happy hour or dinner, it’s a spot worth visiting.
Enjoyed dinner with family in one of their larger booths. They said for the reservation we’d be tight, but there was plenty of room for us for 7 people at our table. I got their sizzling strip steak while others enjoyed their Chilean sea bass and tuna dishes! Atmosphere was so beautiful, the bar was beautifully lit and enjoyed the lighting and high ceilings from the history and upkeep of the building Arca is in! The service was outstanding and very attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dish and atmosphere!
Quite the amazing place. Definitely make reservations as it was packed on a Thursday.
Very attentive wait staff, loud, vibrant environment, large, eclectic selection on the menu. Definitely listen to the specials, you most likely get one of them. Freshly made pasta 😋, amazing sauces, choices for all taste buds.
Definitely worth a try, once or more, if you are in the area.
Starve yourself before so you can have multiple items and...enjoy!

We had an incredible dining experience here! The salmon was perfectly cooked — tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The spicy mescalita was refreshing with just the right balance of smoky mezcal and citrus, making it the perfect cocktail to start the evening. The New York strip steak arrived sizzling hot and cooked exactly to order; it was juicy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable night out!
The atmosphere is absolutely a vibe. This location used to be a church and I was happy to see that they combined some of the stained glass windows into their design. The menu is extensive so there's something for everyone and the food was perfect. The servers were wonderful and had great knowledge of the menu. We will definitely be coming back.
