We have used the Arthur Rue Agency for all of our rental needs for almost ten years. Tony and Lauren have been great to work with. Tremendous attention to detail. Tony and Lauren did a great job for us. Tony's been a top Realtor in the Seaside area for many years and our family has dealt with the Rue Agency for buying/selling/renting in all those years (well over 50 yrs). In this caes, he appraised our condo, recommended the highest selling price to date, arranged and supervised a set of photos. When our listing went up he worked on a list price cash offer for us in less than one day. He advised us about accepting, completed all the steps in the sale, recommended a lawyer (even though no longer required in NJ) to insure a smooth legal sale. He did everything we asked of him over and above the basic job. For example, we left the morning of the signing (we didn't attend) and asked him to turn in the TV equipment for us -- which he did gladly. In short, he was a greaat help and I'd want him as our Realtor again. In fact, we've already talked to him about next year rentals, so we're continuing the family asscitaion with Tony and Lauren and the Arthur Rue Agency.
