Excellent service! While trying to replace a leaky cartridge in an old kitchen faucet, the faucet threw up the white flag and went down for the count. Found Assured Plumbing Services through an Internet search for small business plumbers local to the Monmouth County area. Not only were the reviews great, but they struck all of the key points: knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and fair price.
The reviews were correct. Steven was very responsive not only from the the initial contact but up through day of service following with text, status emails, and client service support software (the 'big guys' could take a lesson from him on how it should be done). Though busy, he was also able to fit my relatively small job a day after I called. I will be using him for several needed jobs this spring 2025. Thanks Steven!
