My Velotric Discover 1 Plus was stolen unfortunately and I wanted to replace it quickly. Luckily, Andy had an identical bike at a very reasonable price ($240 less than what I would've paid directly from the manufacturer). He was responsive and he also gave me helpful feedback about another e-bike I'm having trouble with. He is clearly knowledgeable about e-bikes. Thank you Andy!

Atlantic Ebikes in Medford, NJ is a great place to buy an Ebike! GREAT SELLECTION OF E-bikes & brands like Aventon, Himiway, Velotric, Monday, and more! Andy the owner is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, and won't pressure you into buying. I just bought a Monday Motorbikes Gateway V2 from him. AWESOME E-BIKE! Alot of fun, and gets a lot of attention. I added a small front fairing, brush guards, frt bag, and a couple decals. The bike looks CRAZY GOOD! I love it! Thx Andy!

I brought in my e-bike to Atlantic eBikes for a brake adjustment and service. The team was incredibly friendly and well versed into resolving my problems. There turnaround time was also incredibly fast! Just a few hours later I received a call notifying me that my bike was ready to be picked up.

Was looking exhaustively for an e-bike. At 59 i am in decent health/shape but can’t be certain I can ride back home. Amazon listings, e-bike articles/reviews, to Infinity.

Credit cards used and luckily was credited by various foreign sellers with US inventory upon finding extremely disappointing poor product reviews. Enough.

I looked at one brand and they had a local supplier in Medford - Atlantic E-bikes. Didn’t end up purchasing that bike upon seeing it but had a pleasant conversation and super soft sell presentation by owner Andy. Best thing I did.

Ended up doubling my projected purchase budget from $1k or less to $2k+! But don’t regret it. It’s a beast, it’s a Himiway!!! I love it. Super range. Super performance. It get lots of looks and the ride is awesome. Wouldn’t have been possible without Andy.

At bike weight of 85 pounds, he offered free setup and delivery to 1.5 hours north! Awesome. Very professional, educational and comfortable experience. So glad. Previously, I had a local shop that I don’t trust after they defrauded me in installed parts. Glad I went hours south. Was worth the trip. Will look to buy wife one at Atlantic with Andy on f she’s willing to exercise. Truly great experience!!! Put 100 miles on in 2 days and was a breeze with battery help! Never going back to manual ride. Never. Thanks Andy! Your shop is well stocked and you’re a great help. My first e-bike. Probably not last with Andy. Upgrade?
