I cannot say enough good things about ATZ! Very professional, yet friendly, explaining every step that they would perform. They provided quotes of both the best and worst scenario so we were prepared in any situation. Once we agreed and signed on, they completed the remediation quickly and were always on time! I am so grateful that I found them, so much so that we are now hoping to plan a remodel with ATZ!
Called Agnes, she came to my house within 2 hrs to access the situation with my roof leak. Got back to me that evening with quote. Crews came next morning to do the repairs. Very knowledgeable and explained why it happened and pointed out other repairs that may be needed in the future. Would highly recommend ATZ.
We had a water leak on the ceiling coming from the floor above adjacent to an exterior wall and it was raining heavily for days so we thought the water must be coming from the window in the second floor. We called ATZ and they were able to visit the same day and Agnes did a fantastic job investigating the leak using her tools to pinpoint where the leak was originating from. Agnes was very thorough and patient checking all water sources and finally discovered it was from bathroom. It was a such a relief because we know what needed to be fixed. Agnes was very professional and we highly recommend them!
Agnes and Tom were fabulous to work with after our water heater made a swimming pool out of our finished basement in Vernon. They were up the next day, taking care of the removal and remediation process, and they returned multiple times to ensure that the water damage was fixed correctly. Thank you!!
