I have nothing but love for Autism Spectrum Mandate services. The quality and care demonstrated by this company is nothing I’ve seen anywhere else from any type of provider. I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation for the practice and approach of this company and the people that work for them. Three words I can use to best describe my almost 10 years of experience with Autism Spectrum Mandate services. PEOPLE OVER PROFITS.
As I am in the process of identifying new providers for myself after a recent change to my insurance company, I sit here frustrated at what seems to be a consistent behavior amongst healthcare providers. Profits over people… it’s a nasty behavior that has been seemingly and increasingly prevalent in the healthcare industry. NOT for Autism Spectrum Mandate Services. Our child’s insurance company and coverage has changed a few times since we joined the ASMS family in 2017. Rebecca has worked with us through every change, adjusting and adapting to ensure their company would remain eligible to be in our child’s network. Why? Because they care about the people that are impacted by adverse changes like new technicians or new BCBAs. My son is on the Autism spectrum and impacts to structure, routine and things he knows can be disruptive to him. With each change my child’s care with ASMS has remained consistent and uninterrupted.
I am so grateful for Rebecca and her company and I regret not writing a review sooner. I hope that others read this and understand how much this company has been a part of our lives and made such a positive impact. They have been members of our family since 2017. We love Rebecca, Miss Brynn, Miss Danielle and everyone else from ASMS who has been a part of our child’s life over the years.
My twins used to do ABA therapy with this company. We started ABA program with ASM when my twins were around 2 yo. We were so desperate for solutions to the aggression and feeding problems that my twins had. Rebecca (owner) was so understanding and very accommodating. We were also very blessed to have Morgan (RBT) and Laura (BCBA) provide management and treatment, so we were able to overcome all the obstacles that we were dealing with during that time. When my twins reached 6 y.o., they were discharged from the program as they had reached all the goals that were set for them. Words are not enough to say how grateful we are for all the helped that Autism Spectrum Mandate provided for us. Frankly speaking, we still really miss Morgan and Laura up to now as they have become like family to us. I highly recommend Autism Spectrum Mandate Services.
