Amazing, wonderful, super helpful, super friendly, always welcoming us with a sunshine smile staff. I give them 5+ star.
I hope to come back in the summer and use the swimming pool.
The only negative experience my husband and I had was that we lost heat at least 4 times in less than 15 days. My husband being very sick could not handle this cold temperature in the middle of the winter days and nights. He was very uncomfortable.

We didn't have the best experience here during out two month stay, which included a series of events (1 star) but the more than nice people that run this place worked with us to try and accommodate (+2 more stars for them) and we appreciate that at the very least.

The staff and whoever handles the messaging and emailing when booking (Kristen) and any others on airbb deserves a raise! We’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs in New Jersey over the years, and this one is by far the best. Originally from the NYC/NJ area but now living in Texas, we come back often to visit family and attend events. This location was perfect — central to everything, close to popular wedding venues (Uber rides were super cheap), and surrounded by great delivery options, including tons of excellent halal food. Truly, the ultimate convenience. The space itself was spacious, spotless, minimalist, and so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave. We even extended our trip just to enjoy the place longer, and they kindly honored a free late checkout until 4 PM — which is practically unheard of these days.The service went above and beyond. One day, I had packages delivered to the wrong apartment while I was rushing out to a wedding event. Without hesitation, the staff personally retrieved them and brought them to my door — saving me so much stress. That kind of service is rare, and they truly deserve recognition for it. I’ll absolutely be back. With so much family in NJ/NY, I plan to make this my go-to spot whenever I visit. It was beyond comfortable, and the thoughtful touches made all the difference.

I have been living at AVE for the past 3 years. The maintenance team is always so helpful with everything I need and work quickly to fix any issues we may have had. I love living here and it's a great community for my daughter to grow up in. My daughter who is 3 also loves visiting the clubhouse because the women there are welcoming and make us feel at home. They also have fun events going on. For Halloween they have a party and all the workers dress up along with the residents. It feels like a family here. Summer is also our favorite time! The pool is always clean and well taken care of. My daughter and I spend most of our summer days there!

We rented a furnished apartment for six weeks while my husband was undergoing treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering nearby. The apartment had everything we needed (they even accommodated us with a more privately situated unit as our dog has never been in an apartment complex) but more importantly the staff here honestly cares about their community!

I lived in many an apartment complex in my 20s and has never encountered one got fosters such a sense of community and honestly cares about their residents… even their temporary ones! Any need I had (dishwasher repair, package acceptance at the office, etc.) was handled immediately and followed up with me after completion to ensure I had no further needs. As my husband is immunocompromised, we were unable to participate in any of the monthly events that they offer however, they beyond events that they put on to bring the community together (yoga every week, bouquet making for Valentine’s Day, trivia night with snacks, potting & painting, decorating a flower pot and planting a plant into it etc!) I’ve never experienced another apartment complex that even has these types of events much less puts so much thought into them!

The dog park on property was clutch as our dog is not used to having to be on a leash all the time … so having an area where she can romp around and play was amazing! They also have plenty of grassy areas to walk within the property and dog waste bag dispensers all over the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and And cannot say enough about the staff , their communication, friendliness, and caring! 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat!
