I’m not quite sure why anyone would ever leave a review that was not favorable to a business that you’ve never been to I think that’s horrible. I have no affiliation other than I am a Client. Killing this to an independent business is not a joke and it’s not funny to the next person that even thinks about doing it, please don’t!! I can tell you I have had nothing but a fabulous experience. I got Botox and some facial treatments, which I am still doing. The Dr was fabulous I’ve been getting Botox for years and even though it really shouldn’t hurt the needles are very tiny. I’ve been to doctors that it did hurt very much and left bruising. I had none of that here. I actually didn’t even feel the needle. You honestly can’t ask for anything more than you get from this med spa. The doctor is fabulous. It’s spotless decorated beautifully, and every one of the staff are nicer than the next. This is coming from someone that has been doing this for years if you’re on the fence, just do it believe me you won’t regret it.

My experience at skinja was magnificent. Bernadette is welcoming , thorough and has created an environment for all my beauty needs . Bernadette has taken the time to have all the upscale equipment for the facials that I see in all the best spas in the tri state area . I feel like I am in New York and made to feel that my concerns are heard and listened to . The staff is upbeat and if I was to guess hand picked by Bernadette as a top notch team with her husband . Together .. what a place . I feel so much better , fitter and healthier since my finding this place . Much love , Lisa the new me !

I LOVE Skinja Medspa! I go there for my waxing with Nikki and she is THE BEST!! Hands down. Very knowledgeable. She gets me right every time and the environment is so welcoming. I had a stubborn ingrown hair and she took care of it for me I was so relieved!!! She makes my experience an enjoyable one every time I see her and I will ONLY go to her. Thanks Nikki!

I had my very first waxing experience with Julianna and it was amazing! she made me feel so comfortable.

My facial with Kaylee was top tier! Was an amazing experience and my skin was glowing after!

I also had a body contouring appointment with Darlene and had the 4D body laser done. Darlene was super informative and explained the benefits of each step. She talked about after care and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly! Id give 10 stars if I could.

For lashes and permanent make up, Amber is the total package. I started going to her for my lashes (note picture below is 1 week out from the refill of the hybrid-style) just to look good for a vacation. She did such a beautiful job and I fell so in love that I ended up continuing to go back for refills. First of all, she is so easy to talk to. It doesn’t even feel like forced small talk the way it might with other professional beauticians. You easily forget that over an hour has gone by. This is also key because she is very communicative about what’s going on and empathetic. One time my eyes were weirdly twitchy which made the procedure take way longer but she worked through it, was completely respectful and didn’t make it about me or show any frustration. They always come out positively gorgeous and I get SO many compliments that they look both glamorous but also natural. She also works REALLY fast. I’m often out of the chair WAY earlier than the estimated time.

Now regarding permanent make up, I was hesitant at first. You never know if the person is going to overdo it or how well they understand what you want. After having seen me for a few months for lashes, she barely needed to look at any photos (though, of course, she took a look respectfully just incase). The shape was exactly how I wear them and the color was a great match. They do go through phases of healing so they start a little darker than they heal (before/after photo is immediately following the procedure), but as they heal they become a little lighter and look so natural (photo with the heart on the face).

Amber’s professionalism, transparency and body of work speak for themselves. I’m at the point now where I trust that she knows both what I will like and what will enhance naturally. She is so adaptable for each individual. She knows that what’s right for me isn’t going to be the same from person to person, as evinced by her many clients and different services/styles. Basically, if you want someone who knows what you want before you do and is highly skilled at a multitude of beauty procedures-Amber is who you’re looking for. Period.
