It was a great experience. The pain of the CO 2 laser machine was very low. I hardly felt it. The technicians were very helpful. My keloid scars are shrinking down.
Once again, Lou and team deliver great results. I had a fractora treatment by Caroline who is an expert in her field, very knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff provides exceptional customer service. DermAesthetics is the best around!

Lou and the entire staff are completely amazing!!! I am so anxious with needles but everyone helped me feel super comfortable and safe, from just talking with me to distract me to getting me ice and chocolate after getting a bit dizzy/overwhelmed. Lou is so knowledgeable, honest, and kind and really takes her time to make the procedure as painless and as perfect as possible. I can’t imagine going anywhere else but here, amazing experience overall!!
