My best friend has been there for respite, and is non verbal he wasn't eating enough lost significant weight. When picked up had to go to hospital for a clean feed tube. Please do not take a loved one there.

The staff seem nice and somewhat understanding but they're either heavily understaffed (which is like everywhere now) or the priorities are skewed.
My grandma who had a stroke and a couple of seizures hasn't been taken care of to the level they promised.
I come every day and either:
    -She hasn't been changed
    -Her therapists hasn't come
-She's not checked routinely and me and mom have to chase someone down to come in (it's weird there isn't any nurse buttons in the room-)
-The hallways her room is in is often vacant of any nurses or CNAs
My grandma can't walk or talk for herself and worries me a lot that other than me and mom no one isn't really keeping a eye on her.
I get it's rehab and she supposed to have some sort of independence but they wouldn't have taken her if they couldn't take care of her in the state she's in now, so how is she supposed to get any better if there isn't any routine in place and kept up with?
I do hope and wish they place better structure and get more help. I am disappointed with the place overall.

I recently transferred my friend to Complete Care at Burlington Woods and we are very happy for the excellent care she is receiving. The staff are very responsive to her needs and she is happy with her meals. Most of all the people are caring and cheerful. I am so happy that we made this choice.

My son has been receiving treatment at the Burlington Woods Facility for the last couple of weeks and our family have been totally pleased with the level of care and attention he has been receiving. His nurses have been extremely attentive to not only his needs but to the family's needs and questions. He has met with physical therapists, occupational therapist, dietician, social worker, maintenance staff, technicians and all seem determined to make his experience there be as pleasant as possible. It takes so much pressure off the family knowing that the staff is caring and is there to help us any way they can. This facility was suggested to me by friends who had been patients there and were totally satisfied with their stay there. Thank uou to all he staff of burling Woods Complete care for what you do.
