Specialized Physical Therapy - Burlington

I had a really positive experience and saw significant progress in my recovery. Jenny took the time to truly listen, understand my needs, and adjust my treatment based on how my body was responding! Each session felt very supportive and never rushed. I felt very confident and involved in the healing process. Over time I noticed improvements in strength, mobility, and overall comfort. The environment is very welcoming and professional. It's very clear they genuinely care about helping you recover properly. The rest of the staff is also so wonderful and kind! I’m very grateful to the entire team!!

I had been dealing with balance and vestibular issues for over four years. I had been tested and evaluated by numerous doctors and every doctor told me there was nothing wrong or misdiagnosed me. After completing Vision Therapy, the doctor referred me to Specialized PT for vestibular therapy. I was very skeptical because I did vestibular therapy before at another place and was not happy with my results and experience. When I called to make my appointment with Specialized PT, I knew I was in the right place based on my initial conversation with Yolanda. I was placed under Jenny’s care and from day 1 she knew exactly what I was experiencing, the condition and had a plan to get me back to living my life again. I just completed my PT plan and I am exactly where Jenny said I would be, I’m beyond pleased with the results of my PT. My condition left me so stressed and debilitated, I never thought I would get better. Not only is Jenny and the entire staff knowledgeable they create such a welcoming and supportive environment. Thank you to the entire team and thank you for helping me get through one of the toughest times in my life.

I cannot say enough good things about Specialized Physical Therapy. It’s tucked down a street you probably never noticed, but you should find it!!!
Aly (Alyssa) is exactly what I needed. I had done PT years ago someplace else and they would walk off or leave me with an assistant or student intern. NOT at Specialized PT!!
Aly and every other doctor at Specialized PT stayed with their patient at all times.
Aly listened to me, evaluated the information from the doctors, evaluated ME and listened to the details about my pain and how it started.
She, Jeani and Lindsay kept me focused, corrected me if I wasn’t doing an exercise correctly, pushed me, and most important to me was that they explained. Aly would explain why I was in pain, where the weakness lies - not in my knee but in my hip/back - and how the things we were doing would improve the pain.
Each day was something different to work my weak areas. They showed me how I could do things at home to continue making improvements.
I finished up yesterday. I almost cried when I thanked her. I hope she knows how thankful I am to see a future where I’m able to gardens, hike with the dogs and travel!!

Every single person I worked with was professional, caring, and truly dedicated to keeping me recover.Keith, Joseph, & Jenny were all fantastic therapists-knowledgeable, patient and encouraging every step of the way. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. You can really tell that everyone there cares about their patients well-being. I highly recommend them! xoxo

Very personable staff that truly care for their patients. Yolanda greets everyone with a smile and shows interest in you as a person. She is very willing to work with your schedule. Keith was one PT who worked with me to treat my elbow and knee. He was fabulous in identifying how to treat my injury based on my pain. The exercises he prescribed were always spot on and reduced my pain. He also provided a home program that continues to help me eliminate pain. Additionally, all the staff are cheerful and positive helping motivate you to improve your mobility. I am always recommending Specialized Physical Therapy to anyone in pain who could benefit from PT.
