I had such a great experience with Matt, the PA, and Janelle, the medical assistant! I came in with clogged ears that were really bothering me, and the medical assistant was so gentle and thorough when cleaning them. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained what she was doing as she went.
Afterward, Matt came in to check my ears and make sure everything looked good. He was professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how caring and attentive both of them were. The whole visit was quick, easy, and I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend Matt and his team!
I easily made a same day appointment online. When I arrived to check in, the ladies with the Reception Desk were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did their best to get everyone checked in quickly. The nurse and doctor were friendly and efficient, addressing why I was there with care and concern. Yet, they also addressed my issue quickly and I was able to continue with my day soon after, comfortable that I would begin to feel better in a day or so.
Very professional as well as understanding of our immediate care needs. The staff and Dr. were very accommodating to my family’s needs. Their scheduling was very easy and the check in was also very delightfully organized. We were more than impressed and happy with the services of the location and attentive staff. My daughter and I were extremely impressed of the polite staff especially for an immediate care walk-in center. unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with immediate care walk-in clinics in the area. The clinic was surprisingly clean in comparison to other immediate care walk-in facilities in the area. Overall we would rate this practice a 10 out of 10! Happy to give this clinic our clientele when needed. Thank you so much for the amazing services!
