I went to Dr. Sideris because I was having nerve pain in my neck and back. Dr. Sideris explained the sources of the nerve pain. Additionally, he outlined how he was going to addressed these issues. He was spot on with the treatment. I no longer have any issues with my neck and back. I highly recommend Dr. Sideris!

I have been going to Dr Jim for over a year and feel great. He has adjusted my baby just 4 weeks after he was born for help with colic and recently adjusted him for constipation. We had started solids and he was 5 or 6 days without a bowel movement. Dr Jim adjusted him and 1-2 hrs later he had his movement. We were so happy. I can’t thank him enough.

In October of 2023, school has been in session for over 6 weeks and my back is in such pain that I can barely get out of bed. Upon meeting Dr. Jim, I knew that had chosen the right practice. After a thorough exam, Dr. Jim showed me how misaligned the vertebrae of my neck were.

After a few sessions, the intense pain was released. I learned about subluxations and how common they are. The gift of being pain free has helped me enjoy exercise. I don't need to worry about back pain as I run or lift.

I am truly appreciative for the work that Dr. Jim has put into me. I'm grateful for his steady hands, expertise and enjoy our weekly conversations.
